Maria specialises in complex issues of taxation and accounting, conducts tax analyses of contracts, and participates in tax-related legal proceedings.

Maria primarily focuses on the implementation of transfer pricing projects. Her experience in this area includes preparation of Local files and various forms of TP notifications for the subsidiaries of international companies, elaboration of strategies for documenting complex intragroup operations, advising on intragroup price adjustments and other complex issues of compliance with transfer pricing rules.

She also has significant experience in advising on corporate tax structuring and structuring of financial flows within a group of companies in terms of both international and local taxation.
