Georgy Daneliya’s area of expertise includes international equipment supply contracts, joint ventures and development projects in oil & gas, infrastructure and transport sectors, as well as general real estate, corporate and litigation matters.

Georgy has 20 years’ experience in complex support of new projects, including establishment of production subsidiaries, large assets acquisition, formalising relationships with distributors and dealers. He leads all stages of projects’ implementation – from structuring till completion, including consulting on trade, labour, banking and regulatory aspects.

Before joining the firm in 2017, Georgy had worked with several international law firms, as well as an in-house counsel in a development company.
