Artashes Oganov has significant experience in advising clients on M&A transactions, private equity investments, joint ventures, and other corporate matters. He has acted on deals in a wide range of industries including manufacturing, power energy, infrastructure, retail, transport, and agriculture.

Artashes has extensive experience of working on a broad spectrum of real estate matters. He advises clients on real estate M&A deals, joint ventures, and real estate financing. Artashes also has extensive experience in complex lease transactions (including leases of “future” real estate and build-to-suit transactions), as well as projects for the construction of commercial, infrastructure, industrial and residential properties.

Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Artashes had been with two other international law firms for over 12 years.
