Commercial Real Estate magazine, a leading publication on commercial real estate in Russia, has published its 2011 ranking of the best real estate lawyers in Russia.
Vadislav Sourkov, Head of Real Estate practice in CMS, Russia, has been ranked in first place in the CRE100 rating for commercial real estate lawyers for the second consecutive year.
Vlad has over twelve years of experience in real estate law and is cosidered as one of the best real estate lawyers in Russia. In 2010 he was recognised as the “best of the best” along with 12 other lawyers in Russia in Vedomosti’s “Best Lawyers” ranking. CMS, Russia Real Estate team led by Vladislav is also recognised as the best in the Russian market. For the past four consecutive years CMS, Russia has been ranked 1st tier in Real Estate in Russia in the leading international legal directories Chambers and Legal 500. For over a decade we have advised various international companies and investors on all stages of real estate projects, be it acquisitions, construction, transaction structuring or sales, and have represented the same in relation to a range of real estate financing transactions.
Vlad represents sellers and purchasers of various commercial real estate assets, and negotiates on behalf of his clients on joint venture agreements related to the development and operation of commercial real estate. He also represents international mortgage banks and borrowers in construction financing and refinancing transactions.
