Vladislav Sourkov is a partner at CMS, Russia. Vlad joined the Moscow real estate team 2004.
In 2008 Vladislav was included in CRE 100 rating of the most influential people in the commercial real estate market.
Vladislav represents sellers and purchasers of land plots and buildings, negotiates in the name of his clients joint venture agreements related to the development and operation of commercial real estate. He also represents international mortgage banks and borrowers in construction financing transactions as well as in refinancing transactions. Vladislav regularly advises landlords and tenants on long-term office, warehouse and retail lease transactions.
Vladislav has conducted multiple due diligence investigations of land plots, buildings and other objects of real estate located in various regions of the Russian Federation. He also has considerable experience in compliance work including title registrations, construction permits and other issues.
Vlad graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) with an honours degree in law. He is a native Russian speaker, and is fluent in English and French.
