Stanislav Tourbanov is a partner in CMS Russia’s tax team, Russia with over twelve years' experience as a tax specialist.
He regularly advises businesses, developers, public bodies and financial institutions on the tax aspects of financings, mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, real estate transactions, executive compensation, wealth management and international transactions. He also advises shareholders and investors with respect to the structure and tax aspects of their investments and prepares tax and estate plans or schemes.
Stanislav has also developed special expertise in the field of inspections Tax Administration inspections and tax litigation before the Russian courts.
Prior to joining CMS, Stanislav was deputy head of the Legal Department of the Russian Tax Service for the City of Moscow.
Stanislav holds a Law Degree from the Moscow State University (MGU). He is fluent in French and English. |
