Stephen is a partner in Corporate/Energy and Projects practice of the Moscow office of CMS. Stephen has been practicing law for over 15 years. He has a wide range of experience in advising (both sponsors and lenders) on projects in the natural resources (oil & gas), power and infrastructure sectors.
Stephen holds a law degree from the Edinburgh University, speaks Russian.
