Ivan Gritsenko is a partner in CMS’ Real Estate team in Moscow office. His practice covers all legal aspects of real estate projects, such as acquisition and development of land, especially subsequent planned use for construction (Greenfield, Brownfield), acquisition of usage rights for land, project - related due diligence, as well as development of model structures for joint projects with Russian partners, especially establishment of joint ventures or investment funds with Russian partners for developing and financing joint real estate projects.
Ivan has coordinated numerous Greenfield and Brownfield Investment projects in the Northwest region of Russia, including the provision of land plots for construction and the negotiation of tax preferences and other investment concessions. He has also managed a number of real estate transactions in Moscow.
Ivan speaks fluent German and English.
