Georgy Koval is a partner in CMS, Russia’s Corporate team with over ten years' experience in corporate, real estate and commercial law.
Georgy specialises in real estate and construction law and practice. He has unrivalled commercial property experience (including sales, purchases, landlord & tenant and complex asset management) and has an excellent track record in advising and assisting foreign clients with Greenfield and Brownfield development projects in Russia (from site identification to the commissioning of industrial or other facilities). He has also been involved in the drafting and negotiating of construction agreements as well as in construction litigation.
Georgy holds a Law Degree from the Moscow State University (MGU). He is fluent in French and in English.
