Christophe Huet is a partner in CMS Russia’s Commercial team and heads our Employment and Immigration Practice.
His practice covers employment and immigration law, commercial law, and intellectual property.
For more than 15 years, he has been advising foreign companies in relation to their investments and their global mobility projects in the Russian Federation, both in terms of direct investment, mergers, acquisitions of companies and assets and providing full legal assistance for such transactions, including due diligence, contract drafting and negotiation.
He has gained vast experience in various industries (consumer goods, banking and financial, pharmaceuticals, retail, hotels, etc.).
Christophe has been working in Russia since 1996.
Christophe holds an LL.B. in Judicial Careers from Toulouse University, an LL.B. in International Law from Paris I and an LL.M. in International Business Law from Paris II. Besides French, Christophe is fluent in English and Russian.
