CMS Russia acted for Eurohypo AG in its USD 185.5 mln secured syndicated financing of the class “A” Aurora business center (with an area over 60,000 square meters). The financing was one of the most significant international real estate investment financings into Russia in 2009 and indicates a commitment of key real estate investors to assets in the Russian market.
The financing was led in Moscow by Grant Williams, banking, and Vlad Sourkov, real estate. Kaspar Landolt and Peter Ruby with their respective teams in CMS Hasche Sigle and CMS von Erlach Henrici AG managed the transaction's German and Swiss requirements.
