CMS, Russia advised Siemens AG on the acquisition of Legion II Business Centre, a class A office building in the centre of Moscow with approximately 29,000 square meters of lettable area, that will further serve as Siemens Russia headquarters.
Vladislav Sourkov, Head of Real Estate practice in the firm’s Moscow office, led the team that worked on the transaction. He comments: “We are extremely pleased to have been able to support our key client in one of the most significant real estate deals that took place in Russia this year.
