While the team has been traditionally focused on transactional matters, it has more recently increased its workload on regulatory and dispute resolution matters. For example, in the past year the team has been working for a major national retail client on a large number of city-planning matters (change of zoning, modification of site boundaries, etc).
The team continues to develop its expertise in the construction area. During the last year the team was actively working for a major French car producer in connection with construction of the plant in Kaluga.
